Our affiliate program has moved to a new home
On November 1, 2026, the BrainTap affiliate program moved from LeadDyno to Post Affiliate Pro. Already an affiliate or partner? As long as you have a paid subscription, we moved your account over for you, and sent an email to you to confirm your account.
New to the program? Follow the five sign-up steps below.

Your account was moved for you
You do not need to sign up again. On November 1st we sent you an email to confirm your account.

On November 1 we emailed you a link to confirm your account. It went to the email address you used in LeadDyno.

Confirm and create your password
Click the link in that email to confirm your account and set up your login.

Accept the agreement
Read the program agreement and accept it. Your account opens once you do.

CONFIRM your PayPal email
Commissions are still paid by PayPal. Make sure your PayPal email matches the one you gave us in LeadDyno.

Swap in your new links
Copy your new affiliate links and replace your old ones everywhere they appear.
LeadDyno links stopped working on November 1. Update your website, emails, social profiles, video descriptions, QR codes and printed materials right away so you do not miss a sale.
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Email support@braintap.com and a BrainTap Affiliate Specialist will resend it.
New affiliates and partners
Five steps to sign up
New to the program? Sign-ups open on November 1. Set aside about ten minutes. The waiting period in step 4 is why we ask you to start early. Current affiliates and partners do not need these steps.

Go to the new portal
Starting November 1, open the BrainTap affiliate portal at affiliate.braintap.com.

Fill out your info
Enter your name, email, phone and the PayPal email where you want your commissions paid.

Agree to the new terms
Read the updated affiliate terms and conditions, check the box to agree, and submit.

Wait 24–72 hours
We review every new sign-up and confirm your active BrainTap subscription. You will get an email once you are approved.

Log in and start sharing
Log in, copy your affiliate link, and start sharing.

Marketing assets stay in SharePoint
Our BrainTap Partners have access to graphics, copy and approved wording through the SharePoint library. Nothing changed. We highly recommend using them: they are ready to post and already reviewed for brand and compliance.

When was the switch?
Sunday, November 1, 2026. Current affiliates and partners got an email that day to confirm their account. Sign-ups for new affiliates opened the same day.
I am already an affiliate. Did I need to sign up again?
As long as you have a paid subscription we move your account over to the new platform for you. Watch for the email to confirm your account, create your password and accept the agreement. The five sign-up steps are only for people new to the program.
Where do I log in?
Current affiliates and partners: use the link in your confirmation email the first time, then log in at affiliate.braintap.com. New to the program: sign up at the same address, and log in there once you are approved.
Which email should I use?
You should use the same email address you use for your BrainTap subscription. If you used a different email to login to LeadDyno in the past, your confirmation email will go there.
Why is there a waiting period for new sign-ups?
We approve every new sign-up by hand and confirm you have an active BrainTap subscription. It takes 24 to 72 hours, and you will get an email when you are approved.
Will my old affiliate links keep working?
No. LeadDyno links stopped working on November 1. Copy your new links from your account and replace the old ones everywhere you have them.
I cannot find my confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, email support@braintap.com and a BrainTap Affiliate Specialist will resend it.
How will I be paid?
By PayPal, the same as before, to the PayPal email you gave us in LeadDyno. You can also use your commissions toward BrainTap products.
Do I need a BrainTap subscription?
Yes. An active BrainTap subscription is required to be part of the affiliate program.
Where are the marketing assets?
You can find banners and links under the Promotion tab in your affiliate center. Paid Partners have access to additional assets in SharePoint, nothing changed. We highly recommend using them.
