      Bluetooth Pairing Instructions

      Bluetooth Instructions

      1. Turn the BrainTap headset on - Bluetooth turns on automatically. The Bluetooth logo will flash blue until connected.
      2. Open Bluetooth settings on your smartphone or tablet.
      3. Follow the pairing instructions for your device. The headset will appear with a unique serial number (Example: BRAINTAP 6011614668)
      4. Once connected, press play on a session in the BrainTap: Brain Fitness app and enjoy!

       

      Please Keep in Mind:

      • When your headset is connected via Bluetooth, you do not need to use the audio cable.

      • Bluetooth does take additional battery power from your device. You will likely need to charge your BrainTap headset more frequently when using Bluetooth.

      • Bluetooth can affect volume levels. You may need to adjust the volume higher when using Bluetooth.

      • If you’re already connected to another device via Bluetooth, you will need to disconnect from that device before connecting to the BrainTap headset.

      • If you are properly paired, you will hear the audio in the headset and the lights in the visor will be activated. If you hear audio coming from your mobile device, you are not connected properly via Bluetooth. Check your connection and re-pair the devices.
