Web browser process.
- Go to Braintap.com
- Click the sign-in on the top right-hand side
- Below the create an account you will see" Forgot your Password"
- Here you will need to input the email address associated with your account
- Once you have submitted the password reset, instructions will be emailed to you.
mobile app process
When updating your password through the mobile version of the app. When you submit the recover your password instructions, you will be sent to a login page on accounts.braintap.com.
After changing your password through the emailed instructions. And you go back to the app to log in.
Please make sure you either, click the cancel on the top left to go back to the app login or close out of the app completely and reopen it.
