How Do I Reset My Password?

Web browser process.




  1. First, go to BrainTap.com, then click the "Sign In" button on the top right to navigate to the account login page.quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#1_doc
  2. Click the Forgot your password link to initiate the password recovery process.quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#2_doc
  3. Enter your email address associated with your BrainTap account to verify your identity.quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#3_doc
  4. After entering your email, Click the "Send Reset Instructions" button to proceed. You will receive an email with details on how to reset your password.quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#4_doc
  5. The email will come from support@braintap.com.quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#5_doc
  6. Click the Change My Password link in the email to proceed with updating your credentials.quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#6_doc
  7. You will be redirected to Enter your new password. Ensure the new password meets all requirements highlighted in green. Then confirm quickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#7_doc
  8. Click Change My PasswordquickguiddeScreenshots_PasswordReset#8_doc

mobile app process

 

When updating your password through the mobile version of the app. When you submit the recover your password instructions, you will be sent to a login page on accounts.braintap.com. 

After changing your password through the emailed instructions. And you go back to the app to log in.

Please make sure you either, click the cancel on the top left to go back to the app login or close out of the app completely and reopen it.
