This article will outline a troubleshoot for issues experienced when downloading a session. Ex: "Session Downloading Stopped! Please check your internet connection and restart the download queue"To resolve this issue, please complete the following:
- - In the BrainTap app, go to your 'Library'.
- - Click on the ‘Downloads’ button.
- - Click the ‘Download Queue’ button.
- Next, remove the session by hitting the "X" to the right of it.
- Hit the ‘Restart Download’ button. This will start downloading the remaining sessions in the queue.
