How do I download a session?

This article will guide you through the steps on how to download a session in the BrainTap App.

1. First, you will find a session in the BrainTap library you would like to download. 
2. Click on the download arrow on the lower right-hand side, next to this you can add to your favorites by clicking the star.
3. You can also click on the white highlighted download arrow once you have a session downloaded and you can remove it from your downloads if needed. 
4. View any of the downloads you may have by clicking on the download arrow at the bottom of the screen. This will provide a list of downloaded sessions.
