Session download troubleshooting tips

This article will outline a troubleshoot for issues experienced when downloading a session. Ex: "Session Downloading Stopped! Please check your internet connection and restart the download queue"

To resolve this issue, please complete the following:
  1. - In the BrainTap app, go to your 'Library'.
  2. - Click on the ‘Downloads’ button.
  3. - Click the ‘Download Queue’ button.
  4. Next, remove the session by hitting the "X" to the right of it.
  5. Hit the ‘Restart Download’ button. This will start downloading the remaining sessions in the queue.
