Do you experience issues with the session stopping repeatedly when you are using Bluetooth?

Reference the information below to troubleshoot when sessions stop repeatedly when using Bluetooth to connect to the BrainTap Headset.




  1. Turn off Bluetooth and play audio from the app >> Check if that works.
  2. Delete the Headset from iPhone Settings and reconnect iPhone with Headset. Ensure Headset is fully charged. >> Check if that works. This would tell if the problem is with App or Headset.
  3. Restart iPhone and Re-install App >> Check if that works.
