- Make sure your NeuralChek device is charged. Most issues with the device occur due to low or dead battery.
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your phone and you have accepted the in app permissions.
- Turn Bluetooth off and back on. This refreshes the connection on your phone.
- Close the BrainTap app and reopen it.
- Make sure you're within a few feet of the device during the measurement.
- Restart your phone if the above didn't help.
