What are troubleshooting tips for BrainTap NeuralChek?

This article will help answer any troubleshoots for the BrainTap NeuralChek device.

Please follow the instructions below if you are experiencing any of the following issues:
- ECG Module is showing a red light
- Scan won’t run
- Scan continues to restart with a number of artifacts 

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Plug hardware, ECG Module, into a different USB port
  3. If using a laptop, run the computer from battery life and not from an AC power supply
  4. Plug into a different power outlet
  5. Reinstall ECG Module from the program options
  6. If available, try installing the ECG Module software onto a different laptop or desktop computer
