This article will help troubleshoot visor lights and audio via Bluetooth.
Make sure your BrainTap headset is not connected to another Bluetooth device (phone or tablet)
- Turn off your phone or tablet and restart completely
- Unpair the BrainTap headset if you had it paired previously
- Reconnect the headset and attempt to play a session
- If the issue continues, and you have the means, use another phone or tablet and see if the same issue occurs. Note: make sure the previously paired device has been turned off so it does not auto pair back to that device
