Depending on your current version these steps may be different. You may need to contact Apple Support if these steps do not resolve the issues.
Follow these steps: New Apple Devices
- Go To Settings
- Screen Time
- Content & Privacy Restrictions
- Reduce Louds Sounds - Mark as "Don't Allow"
- Then go to settings
- Sounds & Haptics
- Headphone Safety
- Turn off Reduce Louds Sounds if turned on.
Follow these steps: Older Apple Devices
- Go To Settings
- Screen Time
- Then find "Content and Privacy Restrictions"
- Toggle editing of Content and Privacy Restrictions
- Under "Allow Changes"
- For Volume limit and turn this to "Don't Allow Restrictions"
