What is the RMA Process for a refund request?

What Qualifies for an RMA Refund Request? 

  • The BrainTap Headset is within the 45 Refund Policy
  • The BrainTap Headset has not been physically damaged in any way
  • The BrainTap Headset is in new condition and works as expected

Key Questions to verify before an RMA Refund Request is processed: 

Add in notes of RMA Ticket (Description)

  1. Serial # and Proof of Purchase. (If purchased from a BrainTap Partner, the refund will need to be processed by the Partner. We will direct them back to the Partner whom they purchased from)
  2. If physically broken (images for documentation) - and refund request will be denied

 

RMA Details will need to be submitted by the customer through the RMA Form

Once the RMA is received in the office, and the condition is confirmed. We will process the refund. 

 

All Refund Requests are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise stated or waived.
